Have you ever noticed the arrow in the FedEx logo??
I was fortunate enough to attended our Re/Max kickstart annual event, exclusive for all Re/Max agents. There were some great speakers including Business thinker Scott McKain, Market Forecastor Marcy Ien, the deep thoughts of John Assaraf and the charasmatic Amanda Gore. They all brought great information from their career field to share with the thousands of attendees. 
Like the title of this blog says, have you ever noticed the arrow in the FedEx logo?
Take a close look at the FedEx logo here. Now, download the FedEx logo attached to this blog. John goes on to say how, he approached a FedEx driver one day and ask him if he saw the arrow in the FedEx logo? He said, "What arrow?" There was a UPS driver there at the same time and asked the same question. The UPS driver pointed out the arrow! The FedEx driver was shocked and said I've been working for FedEx for 20 years and never noticed that! The story behind this is how many people do not see the "arrow" or opportunty infront of them.
Amanda Gore motivated us to keep our spirits up, communicate better, improve our relationships, have more energy, but most importantly to have fun! LIVE OUT LOUD! Check out her video here. Her 5 step process is:
