What is VIP Access?
Developers release new development condominiums in stages. Most often starting with Friends & Family, followed by VIP real estate agents, and then a second or third group of real estate agents, and then to the public. At each stage the developer may change incentives, and pricing. It is always best to buy into a project at the VIP sales beginning.
